Celebrating Dot Day!

This week third and fourth grade students are sharing their creativity in the library! Students are listening to the story The Dot by Peter Reynolds. In this story, the main character, Vashti, shares her creativity through her drawings. You can read more about International Dot Day here.

After the story, students were able to show their creativity with drawing on The Dot color page from Quiver. Quiver is a free augmented reality 3D coloring app. Students were able to use iPads to see their coloring in 3D. They had a blast! Click on the videos below to see their work.

Digital Citizenship

Third and fourth grade students have spent the last two weeks learning how to be safe on the internet. I've compiled some great resources for digital citizenship in a symbaloo. Students had a great time learning how to be a good digital citizen!
